During all building iter we do many partial test, structural and technological, in order to making sure the accuracy of built works and conformity with the executive project.
Turning to the completed construction and before delivery, we make final test: only the positive outcome of these guarantees the certifications emission which distinguish the quality and the technological building innovation.
All our recent constructions are allocated in energeticclass A4. Moreover, last buildings are realized by mixed-structure wood and concrete. This is in according with ARCA, Architecture Comfort Ambient, that provides a global certificate system for wood structure buildings, considering anti-systematic requirements and the fire resistant, guaranteeing the energetic saving and the environmental sustainability.
