The architectonic planning for our projects is based on a main concept: don’t change foundations of our morphologic tradition employing historical materials, and introducing technology, in all its most innovative aspects, heavily but with balance and discretion. We want to reach a new shell-machinery system highly developed, simple and sustainable, in compliance with NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building), established in 01/01/2016.

We project and build to live in a cleaner air without wastefulness of energy and integrated into the environment where the greenery becomes a main architectonic and bioclimatic element. Furthermore, it follows the structural development of buildings and it becomes a most relevant way to unite and complete all architectonic characteristics of our projects.
Our latest residences hold also a power ventilation system with extraction in automatic control for a permanent change in domestic air, also equipped with dehumidifier and heat recovery, They also are provided with an innovative elevator system, able to recover 60% of the used energy during lift travel, making it available for the next one, ensuring the regular function also in case of the extended black-out; Independent photovoltaic system for about 3 kw per each apartment.
