The location is unique and strategic. It combines the presence of the century-old greenery of Monza Park with the proximity of a complete network of services. The new residential complex is nestled in the urban park of Piazza Don Umberto, exclusively pedestrian, just a few hundred meters from the entrance of Via S. Maria delle Selve to the old "beautiful forest of Canonica" used as a hunting reserve by Napoleon Bonaparte in Monza Park.
In particular: Residenza GreenPark is located in the new urban park of Via Toscana in Biassono, characterized by easy paths, a large pedestrian square with a fountain, and a equipped playground where children can play safely. The neighborhood is situated in a well-served context, with the presence nearby of every private service and various public services, in particular, the San Gerardo Hospital of Monza with the attached Bicocca university campus. GreenPark is also strategically positioned for general travel: by wheel, with the proximity of the future junction of the TR-MI-10 link road to the new Lombard foothills motorway that will connect Malpensa airport to Orio airport and will allow even easier access to Milan and Lecco, and by rail with the nearby stations of Lissone and Biassono and with the now imminent realization of the Monza - Milan subway.
THE PROJECT
The residential complex features various types of housing, ranging from spacious two-room apartments to prestigious and panoramic penthouses. It is developed organically, on three and four above-ground floors, distributed around an open courtyard with three buildings generously spaced apart. It is equipped with a large basement floor used for garages, storage rooms, and communal service areas.
The efficient building envelope system of Residenza GREENPARK, integrated with natural and renewable contributions from solar and geothermal energy, ensures an excellent energy class A4 in extensive compliance with the NZEB (Near Zero Energy Building) regulations projected for the construction reality of 2050.
Furthermore, the establishment of a communal energy-sharing community is envisaged, allowing the benefits of collective self-consumption, eliminating system charges from utility bills, which account for about 30%, as well as benefiting from GSE incentives currently estimated at 0.10 Euro/Kw for the next 20 years.
