Green Living Residence
LOCATION
Multi-family residential housing known as GREEN LIVING RESIDENCE is composed by only one building placed on mq 750 area which is identified with Lotto B6 in the Residential Plan Implementation at Biassono, near to the entry to Monza Park across Santa Maria delle Selve street. The residence is placed between through streets: Dell’Olmo, Toscana, Della Misericordia and Padania, wherw is also placed the new Urban Park of Biassono, a 30,000 mq area with a great central square, finished with fountain, pedestrian connections and gaming area for children, with the incidence concerning 45% of green areas.
DESIGN
The architectural planning carry on the most important and historical materials of our morphologic tradition, such as brick wall in view , the natural stone “Ceppo” and wood, introducing the fully innovative technology starting form constructive technics concerning the structures, in compliance to the recent earthquake proof laws, to the professional shell-machinery system, able to guarantee the Class A4, in according to NZEB (Near Zero Energy Building) come into force from 01.01.2016, with all advantages from the high quality of life as well as the considerable energy saving and the reduced carbon dioxide emission: a free system of our daily living, for a man integrated with the environment.
Therefore, the building is planned with high technologic performances and with high environmental comfort. The structure is based on the mixed wood-concrete system, that allows to conciliate advantages for each constructive element in terms of static, thermic and acoustic performance.
Moreover, Green Living Residence has been certified ARCA regarding wood constructions. ARCA is the first system concerning the certification about the global quality for the wooden building and it guarantees duration, security against earthquake and fire, living comfort, energy saving and environmental sustainability.
Green Living is a graceful apartment building with 3 floors, with only 5 large apartment units. All of them offer many functions, large terraces placed on both fronts, east and west, where you access from living area, ensuring an excellent brightness of rooms and an immediate and convenient usability of the open spaces.
All accommodations present the view on three cardinal sides, despite of the last floor one that holds in all sides, guaranteeing for everyone a good exchange of natural air, in addition to the heat recovery ventilation system, and a good lighting during all hours of the day.
Each accommodation at ground floor has got both west and eats large opened portico in the private garden. While turning to the upper floor, there are big size terraces that are connected with the living and cooking areas. In other words, we are talking about rooms where you spend more time during all day. Moreover, terraces or porticos are always allocated in the east and in the west, while in front of windows is allocated a wooden sunblind with full-length, to mitigate the solar irradiation during the hot afternoon of the summer months.
Moreover, the distribution typology regarding home spaces is such as to let the maximum users’ flexibility to satisfy a good variety of needs.
The coverage of the building is a single roof flap, with thermo-insulating panels and wooden structure, and with preprinted aluminum coverage, clear colored to allow the refraction of sunlight.
In according to the applicable legislation about energy saving, environmental impact, safety of use, and to the European Directive 89/106/CE, we installed in each building an innovative elevator system, able to recover 60% of the used energy during lift travel, making it available for the next one, ensuring the regular function also in case of the extended black-out.
Designed and build for being positioned in energy class A4, Green Living holds new technological systems, such as: outdoor shared monoblock heat pump for hot water and for underfloor heating by radiant panels, in addition to produce cold water in summer for cooling, using reverse cycle of heat pump, a power ventilation system with extraction in automatic control for a permanent change in domestic air, also equipped with dehumidifier and heat recovery, photovoltaic system, electric system in level 3, in compliance with news provisions established by CEI 64-8 law VII edition.
This electric system is supported by home automation, including:
- antitheft alarm system, that you can also control by your mobile phone or any other electronic device.
- Video-door-phone
- The management of all motorized roller shutters
- The management of all lights also creating various scenarios at your discretion,
- The management of heating and cooling with the control on thermostats
- The loading management, with separation of the all underlying appliances at the circuit F.M. oven, dishwasher, washer, except fridge and the induction plate that hold own circuit dedicated to independent priority, to avoid unfavorable black out generated by overpassing the limit of the contractual capacity which is established by ENEL
The full management of all over home automation is done by GSM or by WEB SERVER (depending on the requested change) with an easy phone manager card – integration by IOS and Android).
